Sessions will need to be paid out of pocket. Practice aligns with ethical and legal standards set by the Psychological Association of Alberta and complies with the ethical guidelines established by the College of Alberta Psychologists.

With over 15 years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher, along with her background as a fitness instructor and triathlete, Angelica offers a unique perspective in her practice. Her approach is grounded in humanistic and client-centered principles, enhanced by a trauma-focused lens. Utilizing various theories, including Family Systems and Attachment Theory, she employs strategies such as Somatic and Narrative Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Additionally, she incorporates Expressive Arts Therapy to enrich the therapeutic experience.
